Fourtissimo

Fourtissimo, formed in 2019, is an all-female barbershop group within Edinburgh University A Cappella Society. Our tight-knit group are no strangers to a close harmony or two, and we look forward to bringing you a few funky familiar tunes. We are also available to hire for events - please drop us a message via social media for details!

Our Current Members

Flora.jpg

Flora

Flora is one of Fourtissimo’s founding members and long-standing EUAC member (has it been 5 years already?). She slots into the group as lead and MD - although she probably spends half the rehearsal laughing instead of leading... She juggles this with being a final year medical student and MD of The Edinbellas. In her free time she loves to bake delicious treats.

Héloïse

Héloïse is Fourtissimo's bass, and she also sings with the Edinbellas. She attempts to be a fourth year medical student when she's not singing, but most of the time you'll probably catch her munching on French cheese (or talking about it). She also spends a lot of energy picking up things she's dropped, including herself (and maybe her degree?).

Tara

Tara is our alto 1! Her a cappella career dates back to 2017 when she first joined EUAC’s Tone Up and she has not stopped singing since. Tara is a student teacher of high school art. After a long day at school you can find her sipping a cold glass of white wine and catching up on Strictly!

Louisa

Louisa is Fourtissimo's soprano and is a 4th year in international relations and international law. She took a break from EUAC for a year but decided she couldn't resist joining again! In her free time, she likes to play games and is currently playing through The Witcher 3 and Assassin's Creed: Origins.
